All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns are only accepted for unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. See our FAQ for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
